Order Processing
- Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm will usually be dispatched the next working day.
- If it is essential that you receive your order for a specific date please call us before you place the order.
Delivery Options
Free Delivery
We usually ship free of charge if the order value exceeds £100.00 (subject to an 8 Kg weight restriction).
Shipping duration: 1 to 2 days
UPS Standard (Next Day)
Pricing starts at £10.00 for shipments up to 5 Kg, and increases in £5 increments to cover our cost of shipping.
Shipping duration: 1 day
Economy Shipping (3 to 5 days)
Pricing starts at £6.20 for packages up to 2 Kg, and increases to £9.79 for packages up to 5 Kg.
Shipping duration: 3 to 5 days
Zero emissions local delivery - For a flat fee of £9.00, we can deliver within a 10 miles radius of our Newcastle based warehouse with one of our electric vehicles. Please call or email after you have completed payment to arrange the delivery slot. If items are in stock we can likely dispatch same day between Monday ~ Friday.
